Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Storm Vault website and/or the Storm Vault On The Go mobile application (the “Ecommerce”) operated by Storm Vault A Division Of XZIT LTD (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Ecommerce  is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Ecommerce.

By accessing or using the Ecommerce you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Ecommerce.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or services made available through the Ecommerce (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your Full Name, Company , Email, Address Details and Billing Details.

From time to time we may sell items where age restrictions apply if this is the case then we will require obtaining your date of birth and storing it on our records.

Payments

If you wish to purchase any product or services then we offer the following payment methods are currently the ones we offer

  • PayPal
  • Card Payments (Powered By Stripe)
  • Bank Transfer
  • Cheque (At Storm Vaults Discretion)

No orders will be processed until full payment is confirmed PayPal and Card Payments are instantly confirmed however Bank Transfers may take up to 3 working days to process and Cheque take 5-7 Days to clear.

We take charge backs very seriously always contact us in the first instance before contacting the Payment service provider as almost every issue can be resolved with us directly.

If you do initiate a chargeback on us then we at our discretion block all  current pending orders and any future orders this maybe done during the chargeback process however can be extended as we see fit.

Returns

Should you need to Return any order then please check out the Returns page for the Terms and process.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch products within 1 Day however there are times when we cannot achieve this a few examples are below:

  • If we do not hold the item in our warehouse it can take up to 3 days for dispatch.
  • If our distributors has not alerted us that a product has gone out of stock.
  • If you order after 3 pm Monday – Friday or on weekends then your order may not be. processed until the next working day.

 

Coupons

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, replace or cancel Coupons at any time and reject Coupons without reason if we believe that they an attempt to defraud or attempt to exploit any error caused by anyone including but not limited to System, User or cache.

Gift Cards

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, replace or cancel Gift Cards at any time and reject Gift Cards without reason if we believe that they an attempt to defraud or attempt to exploit any error caused by anyone including but not limited to System, User or cache.

If you attempt to sell gift card on then the giftcard will be voided and no refund will be issued.

We cannot place gift cards which have been lost or stolen.

All gift cards last 12 months unless otherwise stated.

Fraud Protection

 

We process a lot of orders and therefore we have introduced FraudLabs Pro and other inbuilt security systems.

We understand that False Positives can happen and this is why we have a system in place to look into every case.

If your order has been rejected due to our Fraud System you can call us or email us with your order number and why you think that you have been rejected and we can look into the reason behind it and let you know the next course of action.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Ecommerce may contain links to third-party web sites or Ecommerces that are not owned or controlled by Storm Vault

Storm Vault has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or Ecommerces. You further acknowledge and agree that Storm Vault shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or Ecommerces available on or through any such web sites or Ecommerces.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. You are also required to check the terms and conditions on every order you place What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
